Here's another cute candle idea. These make great gifts or cute centrepieces for your next high tea party.

Candle making ideas: the cappucino candle

If you're new to candle making check out my previous articles: How to Melt Candle Wax and How to Make a Candle Wick

To Make This Candle you will need:

An old heatproof (look for a dishwasher-safe logo) tea cup and saucer
Candle wick
Candle wax (about 1.5 cups)
Brown candle coloring
Coffee or chocolate candle fragrance

Melt 2/3 of the wax, color brown and add some coffee and/or chocolate fragrance

Set the wick into the teacup. I took the teacup out of the saucer and sat it onto a damp cloth so it stayed stable on my kitchen bench.

Gently pour the wax into the cup unp to 1cm from the top of the cup

Melt the rest of the wax and leave white

When the wax is melted tip into a disposible container (I used a foil pie dish), leave to col a couple minutes or until a skin forms then gently start to whisk with an old whisk or fork. Keep fluffing up the wax until it's half set

Scoop the foamy wax onto the cup and fluff into a "head" on your coffee
